CUSTOM PRODUCTS - NO RETURNS
The majority of our phone cases and watchbands are custom made. After you order a case, we will print you chosen design on a blank case for your specific device.
Custom ordered products, personalized cases and products on sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sales on these items are deemed final.
STOCK PRODUCTS - RETURNS
Please contact us via email or via the Contact Button if you'd like to return your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Custom-made items are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they were received defective or damaged. If there were any issues with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via the Contact Button or by replying directly to your order confirmation email.
Please contact us for a return form before sending back your product.
Any mistakes or errors occurring from mailing to any other address than the exact one mentioned on the return form is the responsibility of you, the customer. Melrose Noire reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet all of the above requirements. Melrose Noire will not accept products that have been used or damaged. Original packaging is required for all returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Melrose Noire will not be responsible for lost or damaged products by mail carriers.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you meet all requirements for a refund but did not receive a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is fully processed.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the Contact Button or by replying directly to your order confirmation email.
